Regional Emergency Support Mechanism

RESUM is a regional mechanism to provide emergency support and accompaniment to Caritas Member Organizations (MOs) in Asia region with limited humanitarian capacity to respond to a disaster. It provides a roster of qualified persons in the region who received proper training to take up emergency activities based on their competency and skills.
